EST Group Welcomes New Business Development Manager

Hatfield­­, PA Günther Pergher joins Curtiss-Wright EST Group as Business Development Manager for New Build Projects in North America, focusing on Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms. Mr. Pergher brings 20 years of project management, commercial negotiations, operations, marketing, and strategic business development experience to the table. While based in our North American headquarters in Pennsylvania, he will support our growing New Build efforts in the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America as well.

Commenting on his new role at EST Group, Mr. Pergher stated, “I look forward to bringing my strategic approach to US and global markets that will impact growth and expansion in the short term, as well as the foreseeable future. Leveraging new partnerships and existing collaborations to land projects, while maintaining trust and respect throughout the industry.”

Prior to joining EST Group, Mr. Pergher held several high profile positions, including Director and Regional Vice President Business Development at COOEC Subsea (Abu Dhabi, UAE), working closely with executive board and government leaders to identify, penetrate, and enhance the company’s global brand throughout the Middle East and United States. He has also served as General Manager Business Development at Samsung Engineering (Seoul, Korea and Dubai, UAE) for more than seven years.
