EST Group’s Pop-A-Plug Tube Plugs are a permanent mechanical tube plugging solution for leaking heat exchanger, condenser, and boiler tubes. Mechanical tube plugs feature an internally and externally serrated ring designed to maintain a helium leak-tight seal even under extreme thermal and pressure cycling.

Pop-A-Plug Tube Plugs install hydraulically in minutes with an engineered breakaway while offering a controlled installation force to limit operator fatigue and prevent damage to tubes, tubesheets, and surrounding tubes.
